    I’d say this is mainly a problem of WooCommerce, but also a bit of AdWords.

    Why: The AdWords conversion tracking code is only inserted on the thankyou page. In your case WooCommerce directed the client 4 times to the thankyou page. Logically WooCommerce should direct the client only to the thankyou page after a successful order has been placed. Also I believe AdWords should deduplicate such transactions. I’m not sure if it does in some cases.
