Invalid coupon code error not showing on Checkout page

    Hi Support,

    I have an issue with the Coupon Code error message on the Checkout page. I have entered the expired/wrong coupon code on the Checkout page, but it’s not showing any error on the page. Can you please assist me to resolve this issue?

    Here are the Theme and plugins versions:
    WordPress: 5.7.2
    Woocommerce: 5.3.1
    Jupiter-X Theme: 1.20.0

    I could not reproduce the same issue on my test sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and Storefront(default) theme – an error message shows up when trying to add an expired coupon:

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Yes, I have resolved this issue by switching themes. The issue was, the error message element was set to display: none; in CSS.
