    Hi, I’ve updated woocommerce a couple weeks ago and since then customers are having troubles at checkout. They think they ordered but no order gets created or their payment fail.

    Lots of errors most like this: CONTEXT: {“_legacy”:true} 2024-06-23T12:16:17+00:00 Notice Could not determine the merchant’s 3D Secure configuration. Invalid Credentials, please double-check your API credentials (Merchant ID, Public Key, Private Key, and Merchant Account ID) and try again.

    I’ve updated woocommerce a couple weeks ago and since then customers are having troubles at checkout. They think they ordered but no order gets created or their payment fail.

    It sounds like only WooCommerce core was updated, or was it otherwise? Before that, with which version were things working as expected?

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here?

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://quickforget.com/ service and send that secret link here.

    Additionally, kindly make sure Debug Mode is enabled.?You can choose to log API requests directly on the checkout page, save them to the?WooCommerce > Status > Logs?page, or both. As a best practice, please do not enable this setting unless you’re having issues with the plugin.
