• Since updating to the latest version, no one can log in to the admin panel or reset their passwords. I’m logged in now from a different computer where I was already signed in. There are no malicious users logged in and no one’s credentials have been changed. It seems like there’s a communication issue with WP. I AM running the WP All in One Security Plugin. The fact that it keeps telling me “invalid email” when I attempt to reset my password is worrisome. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

  • I’d suggest deleting WP All in one security via FTP as it is probably misconfigured and then once you are back in as an admin look at Sucuri or Wordfence both are plugins are equally as good as WP All in one security and not as complicated to configure. At least in my opinion.

Hope this helps. Once you find a solution please tag the thread as resolved.

Hey @randinord were you ever able to get back into your wp-admin area? If not, I am happy to provide further advice. Please let me know.
