Invalid Details Error Message when submitting order

  • I get the following message when submitting payment using this plugin.

    ‘form.rsonal_details.address.country.errors.invalid’

    This appears in red below the payment button after it is pressed. All the details are completed on the form correctly

    Update: this seems to be happening as standard on all websites using this plugin.

    Hi, exactly, I have the same problem even with the official sumup plugin. I contacted the integration department and they are working on the problem.

    @hking91, do you have a summary account? because the question of integration support concerns my country: France, in my opinion, they do not know that this problem concerns all user accounts. Then contact support for your account

    Hey @hking91 @bourgeoisweb. This issue is related with country selected option on WooCommerce settings. But was fixed at the new version of the SumUp plugin (2.4.2)
