Invalid Displayed Gallery with NG 2.1

    Hi,

    I’m still using an old version of NextGen gallery, since after upgrade to latest WP version the Theme “Journal” does not work any more (can not be modified at all) except I disable the NextGen gallery plugin.
    However so I stick with WP 5.2.19 and NG 2.1.23 for the time being.

    2 problems (beside the update problem above):

    –> all of the sudden for blog the gallery does not show up any more with the message “Invalid Displayed Gallery”.

    –> second when I create a new blog I do not see the green button for adding a galery. I can add a galery from standard WP but not from the NExtgen gallery.

    I’m still a rookie on WP, sorry….

    I am sorry, but NextGen Gallery 2.x is very old and unsupported now.

    We highly encourage you back up your site then upgrade to the latest version of both WP and plugins to ensure that your site remains secure, working and up to date.

    Here, we only offer support for the latest versions of our plugin and sometimes also for a few previous versions in rare cases.
