I have three current donation forms on my site and we are currently testing everything to make sure it runs smoothly while live

I have noticed this problem when we donate on a private browser under a test email account as an offline donation, the first time we prompt it, the (donation-confirmation) page gives us the correct instructions for “offline donations” however when donating (with the same email) to the same form or another form we are prompted with “You are trying to access invalid donation receipt. Please try again.”. The donation goes through and emails are sent out, but it is an issue as our donors may be confused

I realize this is probably a cache problem that we are having. We use SiteGround as our Host and currently run the Speed Optimizer Plugin, I have tried using the “Exclude URLs from Caching” and switching off “Dynamic Cache” and other caching in Speed Optimizer. I have already read up on this documentation https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/caching/#:~:text=If%20you%20have%20a%20caching,the%20“Donation%20Confirmation”%20page.

Is anyone else having this problem and is familiar with how to go about fixing it? I am by no means an expert in development, so if someone could give me a solution in Layman’s that would be extremely helpful

    Thank you

Hey there future readers! I have fixed this problem by using SiteGround Speed Optimizer Plugin by completely clearing everything cache related, then re-applying “Dynamic Cache” and “File Based Cache” but leaving “Memcache” OFF

Memcache seemed to be the issue giving me this “You are trying to access invalid donation receipt. Please try again.”

However now I have another problem however where my donor dashboard is showing completely white… definitely a fatal error, not sure what did this but I have not gotten any emails from WP yet.
