• I migrated my website to a new server. Permalinks are exactly the same as they were on the old server. WooCommerce was installed on my website prior to the migration with downloadable products. Now that I’m on the new server, anyone who purchased a downloadable product prior to the migration is having issues redownloading the product – they’re getting an “Invalid download link” error message. Anyone who purchased the product SINCE the migration is able to download the product. What can I do in the backend of my site to allow older customers access the previously purchased downloadable product?

    Hi there,

Just to check: Are those old download links working after generating new download permissions for each order?

No, I went through and generated new download permissions for the orders, and the download links still didn’t work.
