    Hi,

I’m testing your plugin before buying the pro for its automations. However, I’m struggling because it won’t even add my own email address to a list when I test it with Fluent Forms integration.

“FluentCRM API called skipped because no valid email available”

    It’s MY email address!

Sorry, but your system has a serious problem if it so eagerly rejects valid email addresses.

    Can this be fixed?

    Steve

  • Hi @stevenw123,

I guess you haven’t mapped the email address in the integration settings. You have to map all the fields, particularly the email address (see this screenshot).

Can you please map the fields and then test again?

    Thank you!

    That did it. Thank you.

But as the whole point of this is to collect email addresses, can’t that field’s default be “email” so it’s one less thing you have to set.

Your plugin seems good, but it also seems quite fiddly. For example, having to do three separate integrations if you want a subscriber to join three lists – why not just have a check box of lists for each integration to cut down on the work? One integration, three checks, three lists. Simple.
