Invalid Email Address from Prospects

    Hi there, sometimes I’ll get an email from a prospect who contacts me on my WP site’s contact form. However, when I reply, it says that their email is invalid. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

    Should I be adding a note on the form that says to double their check email to make sure it’s correct? Or is there a plugin?

    I’m currently using contact form 7.

    Hi, charmer1, I’m another Contact Form 7 user.

    When you say ‘that their email is invalid,’ do you mean that the email doesn’t exist or is it in an incorrect format?

    Yeah, it says the email doesn’t exist so I can’t reply to the email. I added a note above the form saying to double check their email is correct or else I can’t reply.
