    It could be an obsolete template from your theme interfering.
    Many issues can be resolved by doing a conflict check.?
    You can use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ for this. It allows you to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme just for your user session.?

    Everyone else will see your site normally.?
    Activate the plugin and enter the “troubleshooting mode”: /wp-admin/index.php?page=health-check&tab=troubleshoot. You can then do a test again. Troubleshooting mode also allows you to selectively toggle plugins back on.?

    The plugin requires a default theme like Twenty Seventeen present to work fully.?

    **Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**

    Hi @tilly123,

    I have downloaded this app and tried to enter troubleshooting mode but nothing happened

    On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

    Next, you want to enable only the WooCommerce plugin and see if the login feature is working again.

    If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

    If you’re not clear about how to proceed, the community team that built the Health Check plugin has provided documentation here to walk you through how to use it – https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/.

    That should guide you as to what you need to do.

    I think the invalid email message can refer to either the customer’s email or to the site’s from-address. Worth checking if your from-address setting is correct, and maybe try another from-address to be able to rule that out as the issue.

    @tilly123,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
