Invalid Facebook App ID

  • I’ve tried adding a Facebook App ID following the video in the documentation. However I’m getting the following error on the front end, when trying to share highlighted text through Facebook:

    Invalid app ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID.

    My Id is: 737467567127410

    Is there something I’m missing?

    That usually happens if the app ID isn’t published or the site is inaccessible.

    Thanks for replying @ronalfy.

    App ID was published and site was live, and it started working after a day or so – maybe it just needed time to propogate.

    Anyway working now, and great plugin!
