After installing SSL on website, plugin seems to be not working properly. It’s showing “Invalid feed URL – Double check the feed source URL setting above.”

Only http urls are showing valid.

    Can you please fix this?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Prasad,

The issue with the SSL connection should be addressed to your hosting provider.

Please contact them to explain the issues you’re facing and to try and understand the cause from their end. Please also show them the exact errors you’re seeing.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for the quick response.

Issue is not with the SSL. I have tried multiple websites URL and I’m getting the same error.

Plugins works fine only when I use non ssl URL. Any vaild URL with https is not working.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Hi Prasad,

Can you please send us some of the Feed URLs that are not working for you?

Have you tried it on another site on another server? If you’d like to, you can also test it on our demo sites.

If you can get it work on other sites or on our demos, then the issue might be with your current server setup and you might need to contact your host provider regarding this.

    Dear Eric,
Although this query is marked as resolved, I do not see the solution.

I have the same problem and I have tried the same SSL URLs in a demo site of yours and they do not work either. Using non-SSL URLs works perfectly, like so far.

Is it necessary to be Premium in order to import SSL sources?

    Thanks for your attention!
