I can not get the google shopping feed to give the correct response they waht for shipping. I have a amber warning

Invalid format for sub-attributes: shipping
20
–
All
Include a separator symbol between each sub-attribute, and include all required sub-attributes.`

i have used the following to try and resolve

Optional attribute
shipping_weight and defined as attribute weight – this does give the weight OK
shipping_label and defined as attribute shipping class which gives weight based shipping

also standard shipping attribute and defined as shipping class which gives weight based shipping OK

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you get this warning in the Merchant Center. Could you please send the link of the product feed for me to look at? And second, could you send me a screenshot of the shipping settings in the feed.

Remember that most of the time it is not needed to set the shipping settings in the feed itself. Google advises you to set up the shipping settings on account level in your Merchant Center. More: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284?hl=en

Hello Alan,

Thank you for sending the xml feed url. And sorry for not beeing clear about the screenshot. What I would like to have is a screenshot of the shipping settings you have setup in the feed manager.

That way I can see what you have set as source etc for the shipping settings.

Hi again, I Have part solved the problem.

First I had more than one type of shipping method in a shipping zone. Now I have 2 shipping zones – UK flat rate and UK weightbased. (before one zone of UK an dthen flat and weightbased in it)

This still did not work with your feed ?? I tried using “shipping class” to your required arttribute “shipping”.) You get the zone class but no price.
I have been at the same time trying out the CTX feed plug in. For the first time it worked as below links. I do like your plug in set up and hope you solve how to make the shipping cost work.

He @cencerrita,

You have used the “shipping class” source for shipping, shipping-label and shipping-price attribute. That will nog work as the shipping class will return the shipping class name only.

You can create a condition with the use of the weight attribute where you setup the shipping-price attribute depending on the weight of the product.

An example of a condition: https://ibb.co/q571V88

In the example you see the shipping-price attribute setup according to the weight of an product.

Hi sorry for late response.

Yes this will work but it would mean writimng in the feed all the details I have already entered into my weight based shipping. So unfortunatly I have chnaged over to using the CTX feed.
