    Hi

I have gone through the gsuite SMTP process step by step and it has successfully authenticated by Gmail API.

I have turned on Prevent plugins and themes from changing this option (email address)

I have also turned off this WHM server setting.

‘Restrict outgoing SMTP to root, exim, and mailman (FKA SMTP Tweak)’

I can successfully log into my gsuite account with this email address and password.

I have also tried normal SMTP user/pass authentication and not the gmail API.

But still when I try and send a test message I always get.

    Invalid “From” e-mail address

Any ideas? Really ran out of debugging things here. I can successfully send via amazon SES with another simpler SMTP plugin. But I would like to use yours.

    Many thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry about the trouble.
You have a new domain like coffe or tech tld’s.

Press Show all settings –> Message tab –> check disable email validation

    You’re a winner!

Thanks for the speedy reply and turning on that setting worked ??

I would be interested to know why. This domain has been going for a fair amount of time.

    Thanks ??

It’s internal coding stuff, nothing to worry about.

    Ok cool

If it is not too complicated to put in a message I am interested to know. I am a web developer and it’s always good to learn new things.
