    Hi,
thanks for your message, I’m sorry to hear about this issue.

Usually this error is returned when the actual image isn’t accessible to our server due to some security restrictions/plugins.

Could you please send me the URL of your site so we can investigate this and figure out what is going on?

    Thanks,
    Alex

    Hi,
thanks for the details, I investigated and the reason for this issue seems to be related to some security/hotlinking plugin you may have activated on your site.
I see that while some images are accessible to our optimization servers (e.g. https://raasaloole.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/????-????-????-?-????????.jpg) others aren’t (e.g. https://raasaloole.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/????-????-????-?-????????-1024×356.jpg)
Could you please check this and see if you can find any setting that may cause such a behavior?

Also feel free to contact us directly to investigate this more closely.

    Thank you,
    Alex

I just updated and now I am getting this error also.

“There was an error and your request was not processed. (Invalid image or unsupported image format.)”
