    Hello,

I’ve been trying to fix this problem for the past hour with no success. Getting this error:

Invalid image or unsupported image format.( Attachment ID …)

My host’s support team was unable to fix anything either. They troubleshoot by disabling all plugins. The website seems to be hitting the required requests and successfully loading the .js file from ShortPixel. There were no errors detected during the process.

They have excluded plugin and theme conflict. There are no strange rules in the .htaccess of the website. ( Tried with a brand new one.) PHP resources were raised to the maximum, just in case.

I am not sure how to proceed here and need help. My other sites using ShortPixel plugin with the same settings are working fine, and are optimizing images properly.

    Hi there,

Are you using Ezoic by any chance? If so, make sure they do not touch your images at all.

If that doesn’t work, please have a look at this article: Why some or all of the images cannot be optimized? – ShortPixel Knowledge Base

    I hope that helps ??

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

It seems like Ezoic caused this. Either I, or someone else enabled automatic conversions to webp. They just informed me they need to fix this in the backend, as I manually can’t do this for some reason.

I’ll let you know once they fix this.

    Hi there,

Forgot to let you know, the issue was resolved. Ezoic was automatically converting images and there was some issues on their backend. All good now.
