Invalid Item Price error

  • Hi,
    There’s a problem with your plugin. Customers are unable to get the download after payment, they get “Invalid Item Price” error at the thank you page and the payment doesn’t go through to Stripe. It has worked before. The shortcode is:
    [accept_stripe_payment name=”Marketo Email Template” price=”299.00″ button_text=”Buy Now” item_logo=”” url=”https://xxxxxx” billing_address=”1″ description=”Marketo Email 2.0 Template – Allegro” item_logo=”https://xxxxx”%5D

    We’ve purchased your plugin. Can someone look into this matter please?

    Like I said before

    There are no logging of purchases either in wordpress or in stripe’s dashboard.
    Can someone look into this problem please?

    Just one question why do you have item_logo twice in your code?

    Hi, in answer to your question, having two identical parameters in the shortcode would definitely cause issues. This could have been the culprit to your problem.

    Is your issue now resolved? If it is can you mark this support thread as resolved.
