• I’ve installed the plug-in and tested it. But on clicking the link within the email that goes out it always gives an ‘invalid key’ error.

Is there a specific key or format for this that needs to be entered? Please provide a solution to this urgently. You have mentioned in an earlier post that the issue has been resolved. But I’m still facing this.

What is the problem here and how can this be fixed?

This is strange behavior. As the key generation solution used for this plugin is the same as for the WordPress Core.

I get this too but after about a day. Does it expire after a day? If so, how can we lengthen the time?

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I’m currently running WordPress 3.4.2. Emails are sent out with the URL links. However, users receive “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” when clicking on the link. Is it possible, Bulk Password Reset is incompatible with the WordPress version I’m running?

I have updated the plugin and released a new version.

Ruben, thank you for going the extra distance on this one! I upgraded the plugin, but I’m still receiving the same error message.

I have upgraded to the newest version, and I am also still getting the Link Expired message.

I also have User Meta Pro installed, and I tested sending a Password Reset from there – the key appears to be generated correctly.
