• I keep getting the error message : Invalid License Key: Unable to connect to server!

    I have the following plugins : MyBookTable Bookstore version 3.5.2

    And : MyBookTable Professional Upgrade 3.0 version 3.3.7

    I reinstalled the upgrade plugin, then was told to confirm in an email I wasn’t a bot. When I clicked on the button it said that : Verification link not valid. Maybe you already confirmed it previously?

    Can someone help?

  • @craigd777 I just tried and was able to successfully activate my license key for the Developer Upgrade, so it’s not a completely universal issue. Have you tried reaching out to Stormhill Media via email?

    Oh that’s a relief. I have reached out to Stormhill Media – that was last night, so I’ll wait on that. I’ve also contacted my Host Provider and they’re asking whether the plugin API call requires XMLRPC access. I can’t see anything that mentions that.

    Looks like another query ignored by Stormhill Media. I’m not too bothered that my license key doesn’t work anymore, but it’s the fact that nobody has gotten back to me.
