Invalid Mailchimp List ID

    I have three separate forms which are all supposed to be connected to the same MC list.
    Two of the three display “Invalid Mailchimp List ID” after trying to submit information, the third seems to work fine.

    The two with errors also display “List Not Found” on the Opt-In Forms page in the plugin admin, while the third displays the correct list.

    All three forms seem to have the same/correct settings.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks Evan, sorry I forgot the link. Here it is.

    The forms that are malfunctioning are the popup (appears after 12 seconds), and the sidebar.

    Hi Alexisfrsh,

    I’m only seeing two forms. The one in the popup, and the one in the sidebar.

    I did just test and it seems that both of them are working on my end.

    Can you try testing the forms in a private browsing or incognito browser window? Maybe it has something to do with the cache?

    Thanks Evan, right after I posted I thought maybe resetting the API keys might help.. hopefully that did the trick!

    Hi again. I made a mistake earlier in using the wrong API code. I just changed it to the API code from the right MC account and the problem returned(even after resetting the browser).

    Have you tried deleting and re-adding the form to your site? The error sounds like the mailchimp list used to exist on MAilChimp, but has since been removed – and not updated on the site.

    Can you try removing it, and re-creating the form (or assigning it to a different list, and then re-assigning it to the current one?)
