Invalid "More" url in email when listing a nested group comment

When listing a nested response to a comment in the Groups area of the email, the “More” url has an empty activity id.
e.g. https://my.url/activity/p//
should be
https://my.url/activity/p/740/The activity thread is currently accessible only to logged in users. Can provide specific urls etc upon request if required.
Actual text below, which was a nested response to a comment. The was the 4th level nest from the original comment.

Hi Rob, unless it is a very basic estimate I always leave the room for the ”stare in the back” reason. I feel I am more likely to rush it & therefore make mistakes.
