• We’re having this issue on a clients site, it was working perfectly before but now we’re getting ‘Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token’. We’ve tried to refresh the token, log out and connect again. Also removed the app in Facebook settings and reconnected but still getting the same error.

  • Hi, I had the same problem, I solved it by changing the name to “content to show” in the feed with the name of the facebook page

I have had the same problem, and have found that when searching for the feed it converts the page name to upper case and facebook can’t find it. So trying with the numeric id of the page if it works. I hope it solves the error for someone else.

Same solution for me : replacing the name of the page by its ID

For the Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token change the name of facebook pagr with ID numeber.
You resolve this (Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token) but the plugin does not work correctly, the content of the facebook page is not displayed

@santy66 indeed, swapping the FB Page Name with the Page ID solves the AUTH error, but the feed still remains empty.
It seems like the authors are not keen to solve this issue as this has been going on for quite some time now.

I’ve tried getting the Facebook page id by inspecting the page. I can’t find it anywhere else? I can get through the process of logging into Facebook and confirming the page details but now when it tries to connect and redirect back to WordPress I’m getting a blank page with ‘a critical error has occurred’ suggesting a plugin conflict but even with all plugins disabled I’m getting the same error.

    Same issue as everyone else!!
I’ve changed to page ID is connected but nothing shows on the frontend ???
iv cleared and rebuilt cache still nothing

Developers going to answer with a fix ???

Check Flow-Flow integration in facebook “view and edit”, I selected all pages : https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&section=active

Fill in the facebook page id: number in the meta business suite url (ex: https://business.facebook.com/latest/?asset_id=XXX)

    Copy/paste ID in wordpress flow-flow-admin

I’ve done the above and still getting a critical error when the page is redirecting back to WordPress from Facebook after confirming the connection preferences.

Solution to the problem everybody has with broken Facebook feeds: don’t use the page name in the URL or the page ID, but the full page title. Example: “NASA – National Aeronautics and Space Administration” instead of just “nasa”.

This should allow to retrieve the feeds if you have activated the new Facebook pages display.

This worked for me as well. Had to use the page ID.

    Followed this guide: https://www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588

I had this problem, for a while, just fixed it from reading @mentalmade comment.

This worked for me also use the name of your Facebook page not the name in the url
