Apart from creating a custom post type, Recipe, with the Custom Post Type UI plugin, I noticed you’re using the WP Recipe Maker. This is where the Recipe schema comes from, not the Yoast SEO plugin. Though the recipe schema is within the Yoast SEO schema output. Understandably, we have a smooth schema integration with WP Recipe Maker. Please confirm that the author name is added within the recipe plugin fields. If that doesn’t resolve the error, don’t hesitate to contact WP Recipe Maker about their recipe schema output.
