I checked this plugin and it seems the issue is that plugin takes over of the schema markup on the header https://monosnap.com/file/9jdr91sapwGWBAjQziVPNWLqqdDyu1

Could you please give a try on a different AMP plugin for example https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/amp/

Or contact the AMP plugin support to implement the missing Schema to the plugin?
