Invalid Offer Status or Expired Offer Id & blank screen after offer is submitted

Can someone at angelleye finally resolve this “Invalid Offer Status or Expired Offer Id; See shop manager for assistance” (ticket 187742) and blank screen after offer is submitted (ticket 272028) problems? I mean, this has been around a month we keep begging angelleye to fix the issue and only got backs and forts on the ticket without a resolution.
