When I import a csv file I get error:
line 2 : Invalid order number
I pretty sure that the order number is correct

"Order number","Tracking number","Courier (optional)","Date shipped (optional)","Mark order as Completed (optional)"
    "'#12384","'06525610648267","'DPD","'2022/03/03",

  • Hello there,

Parcel Panel Support team here! Thanks for your feedback.

According to the sample order, it’s because there is a single quotation mark before the data you imported. They should be “#12384″,”06525610648267” instead of “#12384″,”06525610648267″. You need to remove the quotation mark so that the data can be imported.

    Kind regards

Yes, I thought so, but it is like that in your sample file. It worked without it. Thanks

Why is the # required in front of the order number? Exported data from our currier contains only numbers and to add # sign to the file is basically impossible.

    Hello there,

It’s not necessary to add # in front of the order number. You can import the order number without #.

Please kindly confirm it on your end.

If you have any further problems or concerns, please let us know.

    Kind regards
