    The plugin was working quite nicely in RFQ mode. We have the “Quote Request?–?No payment required at this time” method setup and a free shipping method enabled.

    The “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your address…” warning appears and on clicking the button to submit the RFQ the message “Invalid payment method.” appears and it isn’t possible to submit the RFQ.

    Note that in the backend WooCommerce > Settings > Payments tab the “Quote Request?–?No payment required at this time” payment method is NOT VISIBLE until the “Save changes” button is clicked – it then appears at the end of the list of payment methods regardless of the position previously selected.

    Current version 1.9.90 – we’re not sure at which version it stopped working.

    Hope you can help!

    in WooCommerce->Settings->Payments

    check and see if quote-request is there and it is enabled. It must have been disabled or deleted.

    If it is missing, then disable and enable it again. Also make sure your option 1 in the general setting of this plugin is set to “RFQ”

    Hi,

    We can confirm that RFQ mode is selected and that the required payment method is enabled, but as noted in our original post there is some odd behaviour: we have to click on “Save changes” on payment methods before the “Quote Request” payment method becomes visible.

    See screenshots.

    And after “Save changes”:

    This is really strange. Can you as a test diesable WooCommerce payment to see if it is a conflict?

    I see it is fixed now. Can you share with us what the issue was. It might help others in the future.

    Rolled back to 1.9.80 and then upgraded to 1.9.90 which seems to have fixed the problem.

    Suspect that deleting and re-installing the plugin would have achieved the same outcome, but we may have had to repeat the setup, wording for quotations, etc. so tried this first.

    It seems like the “Quote Request” payment method wasn’t being properly recognised within the Woo backend.
