Invalid Payment Method

Hi Support
We keep getting the same error message, and only once the customer clears their cart and then adds the products back into the cart does the quote send the order through.
And under the payment method it doesn’t always say Ask Quote, is sometimes says this: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
Its very random at the moment though, only works sometimes.
