Invalid payment method

Hi,

You can exclude coupons from the minimum/maximum limits by going to the plugin’s settings Coupons tab.

However, this is a pro version feature only.

I have now changed Order sum to “Order subtotal” and it works, which is what happened with the free version. Why would this be?

Happy to hear you were able to solve the issue.

There can be a number of reasons why you might want to use Order subtotal instead of the order total. This can sometimes be due to you wanting to exclude extra fees and payments such as shipping costs from the min/max amount calculations. Or excluding discounts, in your case, it was the latter.

Sorry, it did not resolve the issue. Unless I select “Order subtotal”, the “invalid payment” message appears. Please advise. Thank you

In that case under the General Settings of the plugin, “Sum” Amount Type Options, set the order sum as order total, and Exclude (ignored unless “Order sum” is set to “Order total”) here try to Exclude discounts.

Still showing invalid payment method. ??
Can you please advise on the exact setting under “Coupons” tab?

In the coupons tab, you should Enable the section and in the Exclude field add the coupons that you want to exclude from the min/max calculations.

Unfortunately, this does not work for me. We use multiple store credit and we cannot possibly list all these. We want a general rule to ignore coupons/store credit. Is this possible?

It is possible to exclude all coupons from the min/max calculations.

In the Coupons tab of the plugin’s settings use the Exclude all option.

I have selected “exclude all coupons from the min/max calculations” and still receive “Invalid payment method” message?
