Invalid Permalink

My primary domain is https://www.susiej.com. Hi… I have a post on my site that is valid…here’s the url https://www.susiej.com/?p=9828 but it appears as a 404 error. Yet, it’s also listed at the bottom of a post as a related post via plugin here https://www.susiej.com/index.php/fried-flowers/ (see the bottom of the list, related posts) yet, that link still creates a 404 error.)
I recently upgraded to Arras… would that be causing this?
