Invalid product

  • Hi!
    We kind of need your help asap.

    We’re working on a development of a website which will sell online courses and we’re having some trouble. It seems to be failing the conection between woocommerce and mercadopago payments for woocommerce.
    We had an API error:
    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught MercadoPagoException: Failed to connect to api.mercadopago.com port 443: Connection refused in /home2/u3280enra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mercadopago/includes/sdk/lib/mercadopago.php:848

    We’re also reciving the message “invalid product” so we can’t finish the purchase.

    We’re currently using: Learnpress > Learnpress woocommerce payment mehtods integrations > Woocommerce > Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce

    Something is not working on the middle conexion, can you help us solve this problem please? We need to sell the courses and we can’t make people checkout them.

    Hello, @avantiprodu

    This error occurs because we no longer have the subscription feature.
    We are rebuilding the subscription experience and will release a new version of the plugin as soon as it is ready.
