    We have the plugin working with one site which was set up a couple of weeks ago, which seems to work fine. I’m now trying to add the plugin to two other website and when I try and use ‘Connect & Scan’ it comes back with a ‘Invalid request’. Do you know what might be causing this?

    We request you to check the firewall settings. If it is blocking https://www.cookieyes.com, an invalid request message will appear. Please check this on your site and if the issue persists, kindly share your site URL so that we can look into it.
