    Hi,
on the translated pages, its not possible to use the comments box. It would show “Invalid request signature”. The original pages are fine.

I found that already other people had the same problem, but I couldnt find a solution.

    Tried it that way:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/invalid-request-signature-3/

    Excluded:
    .highlander-light
    #respond
    .comment-respond
    #commentform
    .comment-form
    .comment-form-field
    .comment-textarea
    .comment-form-comment

    Plugins, that i use:
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Crowdsignal Polls & Ratings
    Crowdsignal-Forms
    Custom Twitter Feeds
    Gutenberg
    Icegram Express
    Jetpack
    Jetpack Boost
    Layout Grid
    Page Optimize
    Super Simple Event Calendar
    TranslatePress – Multilingual
    Walls.io: Social Media Feed
    WordPress.com-Bearbeitungstoolkit

    Thanks for any suggestions!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty One theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for the quick reply.

I have deactivated all plugins except for “Jetpack”, “Askimet” and “TranslatePress”. ANd i switched to the default theme of twenty tweny one – as you can see.
But the error still appears in the translated pages.

Since there is no problem with the pages in the original language, it must be the TranslatePress plugin itself, right? Are there any other options I could try in the settings?

I have accidentally found the solution! – and the problem!

When I had already decided to simply not use comments on my blog…

As I reloaded all the plugins and theme one by one, I also disabled the setting for the new Jetpack commenting system:
“Allow users to use WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook or Google accounts to comment.”

With the default comment form, there is no such problem. Great!

Thanks anyway for the help and please give other users the same tip.

    Kind regards`
