Invalid response from jetpack

The main issue I’m seeing on our end for your site is that your site’s cron size is a bit large. We’ll need to troubleshoot that.

First, please make sure that the following line is *not* present in your wp-config.php file:

define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true );

Also, could you please install the WP Crontrol plugin to help us diagnose the issue?

This will give you a page under Tools > Cron Events, which will show you all of the scheduled tasks currently on your site. If you see a lot of things scheduled for “now” or as overdue, you’ll need to contact your hosting customer support to ask them to check if cron is working on your site.

Let us know how everything goes, and we will check your connection on our end of things, and get a fresh sync of your site to our servers.

I have done what you have written and no one is scheduled for “now” or as overdue.
I also have problems with the Woocommerce app, getting up My store unabel to load content.

Thanks for the update! As a next step, I’d like to rule out any sort of plugin conflict being responsible for the trouble. Could you please disable all of your plugins except Jetpack? Then try testing again to see if the error persists.

If the error is resolved, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here. You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.

I copied the page over to staging and disabled all plugins, but I still get this error.
Is it possible to run debug and get a log that says what could be wrong?
