• Having issues adding new products (this is only for new products – if I try to add variations, I’m not having this problem). Here’s the message I’m getting:
    Product was not added!
Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access
That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.
    CODE: G411794814
The code changes. This particular run was done with ONLY the woocommerce and Printful plugins active. Here’s the use case:
    1. New product that has more than 2 mockups (total – so one variation with more than two mockups, or multiple variations that have more than 2 total mockups).
    2. Product will be created but set to Private in Woo, then will get rolled back when the Printful job fails.
3 Other info: If I try to add just one variation of a product, and it has 2 or fewer mockups, it works. If I then add all of the other variations, it works. This is confounding. I’ve gone to Bluehost, and they found this error in WooCommerce: “#5 /home4/ihikedth/public_html/wp-includes/rest-api/class-wp-rest-server.php(1143): W in /home4/ihikedth/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/rest-api/Controllers/Version2/class-wc-rest-products-v2-controller.php on line 1510”. Since they can’t see the plugin code, they tell me they don’t know what the plugin is trying to do when that error is thrown. I’ve tried support with Printful as well, but they told me to contact Bluehost. This is a HUGE blocker for us launching our site.

  • Hey! I understand how frustrating this could be. The error you’re facing usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues, or a variety of other problems.
In this case, it’s suggested to solve this with your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further — we’re not able to see the cause from our end. We can suggest the following, though — check if your store URL in Printful’s settings is correct. It usually should look like https://store-url.com; if there is /shop or something else added to the link, it’s best to remove it and try again.

This problem comes from bluehost I do have 2 woocommerce none of those work, and I have another website on different host and its works fine.

That’s good to know. Not sure if the people I’m helping are up for switching hosts or not. Could you tell me which host you’re using that works? The really frustrating thing here is that most of the products import okay, but both types of hats I’m trying to get into the store constantly fail, and the only thing I get back from Printful support is “try it without any plugins enabled” (which I’ve done many, many times), or “it’s a hosting problem”. But I can’t even get them to provide me with the api payload of a good product and one of the ones that’s failing so I can look at them myself to try to troubleshoot.
