Invalid Shipping date – Error – No printing of shipping labels

  • Hi There,

    since the latest update to Version 1.3.17 I cannot create any shipping labels due to the following error: Bitte geben Sie ein gültiges Sendungsdatum an. / Invalid shipping date.
    This appeared between 1 and 2 AM German time settings. After 2 AM it was working again. Maybe the probleme existed before and I did not notice. It affects our shipping which takes now places in this time period.

    Any advice?

    Can you ensure that your server timezone is on the German one as well?

    Hi Shadi,

    Thanks for your efforts. Actually I don’t know how to do this. It is a hotign service in Germany. I found out the error occurs regularly batween 1 and 2 AM German time. Does that help?

    It seems there is an hour when the shipping date is in the past which is why label creation fails. Are you able to create the labels after 2am until this is fixed?

    It depends how long this takes. I think many customers must be affected. I can do a workaround but only for a very limited time due to working shifts that are disturbed. How long will it take?

    I have the same problem when I try to create a label at night.
