    Hi there,

I received an email that a new member has registered (someone I know). However, the membership name never showed up under members. So I tested the process and came across a Registration page message that said: ERROR for site owner: invalid site key.

This is strange. So I got new recaptcha keys, but the message continues to appear. Is this a membership plugin problem or something with recaptcha?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, we have tested the reCAPTCHA addon and it works for us. Please make sure you enter the correct keys. Also in your case you might want to carry out the following troubleshooting test.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Kind regards

Thank you for responding. I do not feel comfortable doing any of that. I’m afraid I’ll break the site. I have just paid for help. Perhaps, you or someone else more knowledgeable can help.

I hope we won’t have to delete the Membership Plugin. It’s working fine on another site I work on.

Ironically, I just found the solution to the problem. I say ironically, because I also just paid for help from you guys. I have submitted a refund request, and I hope it will be honored.

The problem was that I different site keys on your page and another set on the WP Security and Firewall page. When I corrected that, everything worked fine.
