Hi @rogbiz and Happy New Year!

According to the source code of one of the pages you provided (https://www.rmrg.org.uk/asp-products/birds-rye-meads/), it looks like the button shortcode is getting processed 4 times (e.g. like you have 4 same buttons on the page), but it’s actually only one is visible. Not sure what can cause that, I guess it could a conflict with other plugin.

Is it possible to provide WP Dashboard admin access so I could have a closer look at this on your site? If it is, please contact me alexanderfoxc at gmail.com.

Oh and btw, there were reports that the plugin is conflicting with Yoast SEO plugin. I can see it’s enabled on your site. Can you try to disable it, then refresh the page and try to process the payment again?

I disabled Yoast and sure enough, the Stripe gateway now works. I’ll get in touch with the Yoast support and let them know, but how to tell if the problem is with Yoast or Stripe Payments? I’d really like to use both! Thanks.

Thing is, when I test Yoast plugin with Stripe Payments on my test site, everything works perfectly (as it usually is when someone is having issues and you’re not lol). So I suspect there might be some other plugin or perhaps theme itself involved into this. If I can figure out what’s wrong, I can make corresponding amendments to the Stripe Payments plugin and make sure it would work with any other plugin.

And regarding Yoast plugin, I think it’s a bit prematurely to report the issue to them, at least before we’re 100% sure it’s their fault.

Personnally, I have disabled and desinstall YOAST SEO for ALL IN ONE SEO, because of this dysfunction with Stripe Payment.

Ladies and gentlemen, the latest version of the plugin (1.6.8 at the moment) should no longer have any conflicts with Yoast SEO plugin. Thanks to both of you, I was able to track it down and resolve it ??

    Congratulations and thanks, Alexander!

I have version 1.8.2 but still having this problem.

    Hi.

Most likely your issue is not related to Yoast SEO. Can you please create a new topic, providing some details on the issue you’re having?
