So weird. While common system notifications and Postman SMTP Test emails are being sent and delivered, emails from contact forms fail with the error Invalid “To” e-mail address “xxx@” despite the email being correrctly set up in the messages tab.

Using Elastic Email, verification is valid, API key is definitely valid, it’s a Google based address. Switched to Brevo, same story. Standard form from Divi.

I have the same setup at different sites without any problem.

    Hello @sumukha

    Hope you are doing well.

Thank you so much for reaching out. We are concerned that you have to face this issue. Could you kindly share?the screenshot of the error you are facing. Also ensure that settings are correctly configured in Contact form and it is not using the format “Name < [email protected]>” in To-email.

We look forward to your response & an opportunity to assist you further.

    Warm regards,

Thanks for posting. That’s exactly what I found out – I had moved the site to another server via All-in-One Migration and was surprised that the domain name part of the “to” got lost in in transfer. Have done this transfer hundreds of times, never seen anything like it…

    Thanks again
