Invalid url when I share images

  • I’m using a plugin on my wordpress website to share and pin images on Pinterest. Now I’m using the plugin called “share this image” but I’ve tried also with others plugins and I always have the same issue.

    The probem is that when I try to share an image in Pinterest (the problem is only on Pinterest), I click on the share button, be redirect on Pinterest, selected the wall and I get the message “Sorry. An error has occurred. Make sure the URL is correct and try again.”

    Anyone have any idea why I have this problem and can help me to solve it?

  • do you get the same error if you use Pinterest browser button https://about.pinterest.com/en/browser-button ?

    If Pinterest browser button works but the plugin does not work, then you may want to contact the plugin author for support/bug reporting.

    I don’t get the same error using Pinterest browser button.
    I’ve contacted the plugin author for support but the weird thing is that I have this problem with any other plugin I tested (for example add to any)
