Invalid username/password

    Hi,
    I’ve the credentials for my account, i added them to my plugin settings. but it always showing: Aramex: ERR01 – ClientInfo – Invalid username or password

    note: the username and password i used them to login to my account in aramex website.

    Can you please help me with this issue?

    Another Note: The Test mode is enabled,
    is this the reason why we cant test real accounts on testing mode?

    Hello,
    Yes, your Aramex credentials are not correct. You should contact your personal Aramex account manager in your country to get correct one. You also should be informed about the mode(try to change it).
    Regarding to another question: I haven`t such information, may be this is a politic of Aramex server support team.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply, i figured it out, when you enable test mode you cannot use real credintials, you have to use testing one(in the api documents).

    same issue
    i add user name and password to the plugin but it always showing: Aramex: ERR01 – ClientInfo – Invalid username or password while i can access with them @aramex.com please support

    Dear Tamer,

    It seems the test mode is enabled, please disable it and try again.
