Invalid value posted for Gift Card Amount

I posted a message on Sunday to your website contact form of the website but have not heard back.
I’m a Pro license holder and, having switched our gift cards from preset values to customer-determined values, with a minimum of £14 and a maximum of £180, but customers now get the following message when they try to buy a voucher at a value between those numbers:
“Invalid value posted for Gift Card Amount”
Can you please help?
