thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
It sounds like an issue occurred while you were onboarding your account to the plugin. I would expect you can resolve this issue if you disconnect your account and onboard the plugin again. I would advise you to onboard the account using the connect wizard (blue button) because this will fail if any of the details are wrong that you fill in. If you connect manually your details, the chance of failure is much higher.

Oh I see, I was able to login to the sandbox upon being prompted but it said it sent an email and it hasn’t shown up in the inbox or the spam folder?

I don’t think you need this email. For onboarding your sandbox account, you should only need your user id/email and the password. I think it should work if you try again. Be sure to choose the option for onboarding a sandbox account and not a live business account.
