    Hi @medran

It is possible that you’re running into this issue: https://github.com/alleyinteractive/apple-news/issues/406

Can you examine your PHP error logs and determine if that is the case?

    I don’t think I can access the error log on wordpress.com …

I have got a Business plan so can install plugins but all the php error log plugins I’ve found require to add a file on the ftp / backend side which the business plan doesn’t allow one to access.

Right, you wouldn’t be able to access the error log on WP.com’s systems. I’d recommend that you hang tight for a fix in the next version. I’ll close this support request here in favor of tracking the fix on GitHub. When we release the new version and it gets applied on WordPress.com, if your issue still isn’t resolved, please open a new support request at that time.

    Thanks!
