While I do see your point, something like this is not in line with the purpose of the plugin.

It’s primary purpose is to close the security hole that is created when a user logs in from a new location by automatically logging them out of their previous location.

So concurrent logins are “prevented” in the sense that that latest session is always considered valid, and old sessions are destroyed.
