    Hi there,
    I am trying to update tracking numbers with a CSV import. The shipping provider used is TNT UK, which you support. However, whenever I upload I get the error “import failed due to invalid shipping provider”. I’ve tried different values: TNT, TNT UK, TNT (UK), and none have worked. Please can you advise how I can resolve this?

    I thought it might help to create a video of the issue, and send you the CSV file that I’m using. Here’s a video of the issue:

    Please note that in addition to the problems I’m having with the CSV upload, the search box on the shipping provider page is also not working for me.

    Hi,

    We checked your CSV file and you put the Shipping provider in the tracking number column and tracking number in Shipping provider column. Try again with proper CSV format.

    Thank you. That was very stupid of me!

    What about the search field not working? Is this a general problem, or just on my installation?
