I asked this earlier and you closed thethread but this is NOT the pro version so may I ask again please……..

Can you advise if it’s possible to have stock control on variable items through PW Bulk Edit. This image https://prnt.sc/vvpgwk shows how I’ve added the stock numbers but it does not appear to work as I think it should by reducing the stock level of the product purchased.

    Any help would be appreciated.

At what level do I need to show the figures on the attached image and/or on the WooCommerce Inventory to make this work?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Based on your screenshot, I can see “Manage stock” is checked for the parent Variable Product.

It is set to “no” for the individual Variations.

The bulk edit plugin simply changes these values, it isn’t responsible for adjusting the quantities when products are purchased (that’s handled by WooCommerce).

I tested your configuration out locally and from what I can see this is what should happen:

Customer buys “T-Shirt – Medium (T)” and the quantity of the parent “T-Shirt” product will be reduced to 48.

If you instead want the quantity of T-Shirt – Medium (T)” to be reduced to 24, be sure you check the “Manage Stock” for the individual Variation.
