Please load and reload the product page so that it displays correctly (that’s another issue I am trying to solve with my theme developer)

I am testing my shop out.
After adding things to the cart, I am getting a silly message stating:

“Sorry, we do not have enough “van den hooven” in stock to fulfil your order (0 available). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

And yet my stock of “van den hooven” is clearly 1.
    Happens with other items too.

They are individual unique artworks therefore I set my stock to 1 in each case.
(except for product Study2 and abstract which are sold out)

I unchecked the following “Sold individually” option:
Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order.

This problem doesn’t happen when I uncheck “manage” stock.
But I want to manage stock because I want a sold label to appear on the product once they have bought it.

  • Hello there,

Please check the stock threshold setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory – is this set to 0?

If the setting stock display option is set to show the stock, does it show the correct amount of stock when checking the product?

Please load and reload the product page so that it displays correctly (that’s another issue I am trying to solve with my theme developer)

To take a better look, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, please let us know.

My theme developer was making some changes to the code to do with inventory (to enable a sold badge), so it may have been that.

It seems to be working now.
I’ll let you know if the problem returns…

    Thanks!

    Sure ??

Please keep us informed, be sure to provide the requested information for better assistance.

    Cheers.
