inventory issues

  • I have latest version of WP & Woo Commerce – my inventory is not updating with orders using PayPal

    will your plug-in fix this?

    here is the situation…..

    A normal order using other payment methods seem to work fine – it’s only those using PayPal that do not update inventory

    Many of my products are 1 offs so need to be removed from inventory as soon as they are ordered

    my products inventory settings are as follows
    Manage stock? Enable stock management at product level – IS NOT TICKED
    Variations settings – Manage Stock IS TICKED

    my PayPal settings are as follows
    Enable/Disable Enable PayPal standard IS TICKED
    Enable logging IS TICKED
    Payment Action IS CAPTURE
    API credentials are all filled in as per paypal site

    can you help me out?

    We haven’t had any reports of problems with that so I don’t think it should be an issue for you with our plugin.

    The PayPal that is built in uses PayPal IPN to update so it please like that is where your issue lies.

    Our plug-in does not use that so it wont be an issue.
